摘    要:欧洲经济委员会在2016年发布的最新版ECE R51 Rev3中新增了多工况加速行驶车外噪声(Additional Sound Emission Provisions)的测试要求和方法。其测试工况和评价方法相对于常规加速行驶车外噪声要复杂和繁琐很多。文章介绍了VBOX3i RTK数采系统的特点和优势以及如何使用该系统完成ASEP的测试。同时通过实例介绍ASEP法规的测试方法、评价原理和数据处理过程,为各汽车生产企业及检测机构提供技术参考。

Application and Regulation Analysis of VBOX3i RTK Data Acquisition System in Accelerating Vehicle Exterior Noise Test

Abstract:In the latest version of ECE R51 Rev3 released by the Economic Commission for Europe in 2016,the test requirements and methods for ASEP(Additional Sound Emission Provisions)have been added.The test conditions and evaluation methods are much more complicated and cumbersome compared to the conventional test of noise emitted by accelerating motor vehicles.The characteristics and advantages of the VBOX3i RTK data acquisition system and how to use the system to complete the ASEP test are introduced.The testing methods,evaluation principles and data processing procedures of ASEP regulations are also introduced through examples to provide technical reference for various automobile manufacturers and testing institutions.
