利用1+X证书制度提高学生综合职业能力探究

随着教育体系的完善和改革,国内多数中职学校开始实施1+X证书制度,即一个学历证书加若干职业技能等级证书,旨在培养学生的实践创新能力,使学生成为德智体美劳全面发展的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。目前1+X证书制度被广泛应用于各大中职学校中,并取得显著的效果。1+X证书制度是加强学生综合素养的新途径,可以夯实学生的知识基础、提升学生的实践水平和创新意识,充分挖掘学生的潜力、发挥特长,为中职学生未来就业提高保障。本文就1+X证书制度提高学生综合职业能力作出分析,提出几点建议,以供参考。

Using 1+X Certificate System to Improve Students’Comprehensive Professional Ability

With the improvement and reform of the education system,most vocational schools in China have begun to implement the 1+X certificate system,that is,an academic certificate plus a number of vocational skill level certificates,aimed at cultivating students’practical and innovative abilities and making students become moral and intellectual high-quality laborers and technical talents with comprehensive development of art and labor.At present,the 1+X certificate system is widely used in major secondary vocational schools and has achieved remarkable results.The 1+X certificate system is a new way to strengthen the comprehensive literacy of students,which can consolidate students’knowledge base,improve students’level of practice and innovation awareness,fully tap students’potential and give full play to their strengths,and improve security for the future employment of secondary vocational students.This article analyzes the 1+X certificate system to improve students’comprehensive professional abilities,and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
