报废汽车实际再利用率和实际回收利用率计算研究

近年来,我国逐渐重视汽车资源综合利用管理工作,针对报废汽车实际再利用率和实际回收利用率提出目标要求。然而目前行业尚未形成成熟的报废汽车实际再利用率和实际回收利用率计算方法,不利于资源综合利用目标的核算。本文研究了报废汽车回收拆解过程中的预处理、拆解、粉碎分选不同环节的具体要求和技术特点,通过再使用/再制造部件质量、再利用材料质量、能量回收材料质量统计分析,实现报废汽车实际再利用率和实际回收利用率计算的方法。本文的研究成果不仅对规范报废汽车实际再利用率和实际回收利用率计算研究奠定了基础,也对未来我国开展汽车资源综合利用管理提供了技术支撑。

Research on Calculation of Actual Reuse Rate and Actual Recycling Rate for End-of-Life Vehicle

In recent years,China has gradually paid attention to the management of comprehensive utilization of automobile resources,and has put forward target requirements for the actual reuse rate and actual recycling rate for end-of-life vehicle.However,the industry has not yet formed a mature calculation method for the actual reuse rate and actual recycling rate for end-of-life vehicle,which is not conducive to the accounting of the comprehensive utilization of resources.This paper studies the specific requirements and technical characteristics of different links of pretreatment,dismantling,crushing and sorting in the recycling and dismantling process for end-of-life vehicle,and obtains statistics on the quality of reusable/remanufactured parts,the quality of reused materials,and the quality of energy recovery materials.The article analyzes and realizes the calculation method of actual reuse rate and actual recycling rate for end-of-life vehicle.The research results of this paper not only lay the foundation for the calculation of the actual recycling rate and actual recycling rate for end-of-life vehicle,but also provide technical support for the comprehensive utilization and management of automobile resources in the future.
