钢混凝土组合梁桥面铺装现浇层力学性能分析

摘    要:钢-混凝土组合梁桥预制桥道板与桥面铺装现浇层存在龄期差异,针对这种差异引起的收缩徐变的不同,用错位法对现浇层的应力状态及层间剪力进行了分析,得出了桥面铺装现浇层应力及其层间剪力的计算公式。最后通过实例计算,得到了铜-混凝土组合梁桥面铺装现浇层收缩徐变所产生的应力。计算结果表明,随着现浇铺装层龄期的增加,铺装层的拉应力逐渐增大,可致混凝土开裂,因此应采取适当的防裂措施。

Abstract:The ages between prefabricated deck slab and cast-in-situ pavement layer are different in steel-concrete composite bridge. Based on the difference of shrinkage and creep due to age difference, the formulas of stress and story shear stress are obtained, through analyzing the stress status and story shear stress of cast-in-situ layer based on dislocation law. Finally, according to one example, the stress caused by the shrinkage and creep of cast-in-situ deck pavement layer on steel-concrete composite bridge is ob- tained. The result shows that with the age increase of cast-in-situ pavement, the tensile stress of pave- ment increases to result in cracking of concrete, so the appropriate measures for crack prevention should be adopted.
