摘    要:根据装配式空心板铰缝的受力特点,对各种板梁铰缝加固方案的加固效果进行数值分析。采用有限元软件ANSYS建立空心板梁桥实体模型,模拟板梁桥在车道荷载作用下的受力状态,研究板梁加固前后空心板桥主要力学性能的变化规律,比较各种铰缝加固方式的力学效果。由分析结果可知,各种加固方案均能在不同程度上恢复和提高板梁的横向刚度,在板梁底缘粘贴钢板最能改善铰缝的受力性能,但施工方便性不够;在板梁上缘粘贴钢板的方案加固效果最不理想;而在顶板粘贴槽钢及顶板混凝土与部分桥面铺装混凝土联合受力效果较好。

Abstract:According to the mechanical characteristics of prefabricated slab bridges with hinge joints, nu- merical analysis was used to evaluate the effect of various hinge joints reinforcement schemes. In order to simulate the stress state of plate girder bridge under the lane loads, entity FEM models with ANSYS soft- ware of hollow plate girder bridge was established. Changes of the mechanical properties between original and reinforced hinge joints of prefabricated slab bridges were studied, and different mechanical effects of prefabricated slab bridges reinforced by different methods were analyzed. The results demonstrated that lateral rigidity of plate girder reinforced by different hinge joints can be increased or rehabilitated to differ- ent degrees. The reinforced method pasting steel plate on the bottom of the slab is most effective, but not most optimal because of discommodious construction. The method pasting steel plate on the top of the slab is most noneffective. The methods pasting channel steel on the top of the slab or combining with rein- forced concrete pavement are efficient.
