| 摘 要： | 实训场所建设与管理的好坏直接关系到专业建设与改革的成败。为了配合新形势下的专业建设,探索最佳的实训场所建设与管理模式是非常必要的。为此广东交通职业技术学院实训场所实行了“一校两制”的管理模式。文中分析了“一校两制”的管理模式的利弊及对应措施。

| Abstract: | The construction and management is related to the success or lose of the construction and reformatory of specialty.In order to cooperate with the specialty construction in new situation,it is very important to explore the best construction and management method in the coach concourse.Therefore, the mode of"One Institute,Two Systems"is adopted in Guangdong Communications Polytechnic.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of "One Institute,Two Systems" and corresponding measures. |
