基于数值分析的磁浮列车悬浮电磁铁电磁场分布研究

摘    要:常导中低速磁浮列车采用被动导向控制,其悬浮电磁铁同时提供列车悬浮力和导向力。因此,在磁浮列车的设计中,对悬浮电磁铁磁场的分析非常重要。本文采用Ansoft有限元分析软件对中低速磁浮列车悬浮电磁铁电磁场进行了三维研究,并与二维计算进行了比较。计算结果表明,在电磁铁电流较小情况下,铁心和轨道发生饱和的局部区域较小,三维与二维计算结果接近;但当电磁铁电流较大时,两者计算结果相差较大,三维计算得到的悬浮电磁力值更接近实验值。

Abstract:The EMS low-speed maglev vehicle is suspended by an electromagnetic force between the suspension electromagnet and the track. It applies a passive oriented control. Its electromagnet supplies electromagnetic forces for suspension and quide. It is very important to analyze the electromagnetic field of the suspension electromagnet in designing a Maglev train. By means of the Ansoft finite element software,a three-dimension research is carried out for the electromagnetic field of the suspension electromagnet of a low-speed Maglev train and a comparison is made between the result with a two-dimension calculation result. It shows that the saturated regions of the iron-core and the track are small and the two-dimension calculation result is close to the three- dimension one when the electromagnet current is small. But there is a big difference between them when the electromagnet current increases. The electromagnetic force obtained from three-dimension calculation is close to the measured value.
