物流运作模式分类研究

有关物流运作模式的分类,国内外学术界通常划分为第一方物流、第二方物流、第三方物流以及第四方物流,在概念上基本上是从服务的特点、在物流供应链中的作用等角度去进行定义,其中的界线较难把握,对各种模式在本质上的区分也较为模糊。从"权"的角度出发,提出"货物物权"、"载体物权"和"知识产权"的概念,以其不同组合来界定上述各方物流模式的本质特征,较为清晰地对其进行分类,这些概念对完善物流模式的定义具有创新意义。

The Classification of Logistics Operation Mode

According to the service feature and role in supply chain, logistics operation mode is basically classified into the first party, the second party, the third and the fourth party logistics in academic circles at home and abroad. However, it is hard to distinguish both the conceptual boundary and essence among them. Right is emphasized in the paper to put forward the conception of cargo right, carrier right as well as intellectual property right, the different combinations of which are used to define the essential characteristic of each logistics mode, and as a result a clear classification can be produced. Therefore it is evidently that the new conceptions are innovatively significant in the definition of logistics mode.
