车用增压器浮动轴承外间隙设计的研究

摘    要:介绍了测试车用增压器动态特性的方法及测试系统。辨识了增压器转子振动信号谱图中各个主要成分的物理意义,分析了浮动轴承的动态特性即特频及其变化规律,确认了浮动轴承外间隙对转子振动有很大的附加影响。根据特频与基频变化情况,选择具有不同外间隙的浮动轴承进行试验,找出了降低浮动轴承外间隙对转子振动附加影响的途径,进而提出了确定浮动轴承质量,外间隙设计和选择润滑油的建议.

Abstract:The testing method and the testing system for dynamic characteristics of automotive superchargers are introduced.The physical meanings of main components of the vibration signal spectrogram of the supercharger rotor are identified,dynamic characteristics of floating bearings and their change rules are analyzed and the great extra influence of the floating bearing outer gap on rotor vibration is confirmed.Based on changes of specific frequencies and base frequencies,floating bearings with different outer gaps are selected for tests,and approaches to reduce the extra influence of the floating bearing outer gap on rotor vibration are found out,and then proposals for determining floating bearing quality,outer gap design and lubrication oil selection are presented.
