沪通铁路(80+108+80)m连续槽形梁方案研究

摘    要:预应力混凝土槽形梁是一种下承式桥梁结构形式,底板作为行车道板,腹板作为主要受力构件,能有效地降低结构线路的高度。介绍沪通铁路(80+108+80)m连续槽形梁方案构思和结构设计:全梁腹板采用等高度,兼作声屏障,腹板上设置大圆孔,可以减轻结构质量,使得结构更加美观,双线铁路轨道位于底板上,大大降低了线路高程,经济和社会效应显著。平面结构分析表明,梁体刚度较大,各项指标均满足规范要求;空间分析采用实体单元,计算表明结构整体受力合理,满足混凝土的强度要求。

Research on Bridge Scheme of (80+108+80)-m Continuous Trough Girder on Shanghai-Nantong Railway
Abstract:Prestressed concrete trough girder is a kind of through-type bridge structure.Its bottom slab serves as the carriageway platform,and its webs is the main load-bearing members,so it can effectively drop the elevation of the railway line on the structure.The paper produces the scheme conception and structure design of(80+108+80)-m continuous trough girder on Shanghai-Nantong Railway.The all webs not only were designed by equal height,but designed as the noise barriers as well.Besides,some large circular holes were arranged on the webs,which could reduce the structure weight and make the structure more beautiful.Double tracks were laid on the bottom slab so as to drop the elevation of the railway lines on the structure.This bridge scheme can get remarkable economic and social effects.Planar structure analysis shows that this girder has good rigidity and can meet the requirements of relative standards;while spatial analysis using solid elements indicates that the stresses on whole structure are reasonable and can meet the requirement of concrete strength.
