摘    要:介绍一种深水定位装置控制系统的原理和设计方案.该系统以SIMATIC S7-300 PLC作为控制单元,MPI网络运用上位机对运行工况进行实时监测.针对比例方向阀迟滞效应造成的非线性现象,采取了分段式控制策略.实际使用表明,该系统运行稳定、操作简单,安全可靠.

Abstract:This paper introduces a control system of the deep-water position-setting equipment. PLC of SIMATIC S7-300 is taken as the controller,and industrial control computer of the MPI is adopted to watch the system. Based on the nonlinear phenomenon cased by the time-lag of proportional directional valves,the stage control method is adopted. After using results indicate that the control system operates stably,with good dependability.
