摘    要:本文从玻璃模具的服役条件与失效形式出发,分析了其对材质的要求,研制了一种Si-Mo 蠕虫状合金耐热铸铁.在对其机械性能、抗氧化、抗生长性能,热疲劳性能、导热性能及热扩散性能进行测试的基础上,系统分析了合金元素及石墨形态对各项性能的影响.实验结果表明:Si-Mo 蠕虫状合金耐热铸铁具有良好的综合使用性能,是一种制做玻璃模具的理想材料.

Abstract:Analyses the requirements to materials from service condition and failure form of glass moulds, studies a new kind of compacted graphite Si-Mo alloys heat resisting cast iron,Carries out some of testes including mechinical properies,oxidation-resistance,growth-resistance,thermal fatigue,thermal conductivity as well as thermal diffusivity,analyses the effect of all alloy elements and the graphite form on the all proper- ties.The trsults show that compacted graphite Si-Mo alloys heat resisting cast iron has a lot of fine proper- ties,it is a desirable material used to make glass moulds.
