摘    要:压电堆执行器是新一代高压共轨压电喷油器中的关键部件,建立了压电堆执行器有限元计算模型,通过试验验证了模型的准确性,并对一款压电堆执行器不同预紧力下的拉应力数值和输出位移进行了仿真分析,分析了压电堆执行器选型依据和装配参数设计依据,建立的模型对压电堆执行器的设计、制造和测试具有理论指导意义。

Abstract:The piezoelectric stack actuator is one of the key parts for high-pressure common rail piezoelectric injector.For the piezoelectric stack actuator,the finite element model was built and was verified by the experiment.In addition,the stress and its produced displacement under different preloads were simulated and analyzed.Finally,the matching and assembly parameters were determined.The results show that the built model is necessary for the design,manufacture and testing of piezoelectric stack actuator.
