盾构隧道近邻建筑物桩基的相互影响分析

摘    要:以某城际轨道交通盾构隧道工程为背景,建立了盾构隧道近邻建筑物桩基的二维有限元分析模型,对盾构近邻穿越建筑物桩基时桩基与盾构隧道结构的相互影响进行了分析。建筑物桩基的存在对盾构隧道的受力有不利影响,而桩体的存在对盾构引起的变形有隔离作用。通过隔离桩的设置可以达到降低建筑物沉降与倾斜的作用,并对隔离桩桩径进行了分析。
