摘    要:本文利用流动数值计算(CFD)的方法研究催化转化器载体蜂窝孔内的气流分布,通过研究发现在空速很低时在扩张段就出现气流分离现象,而在载体人口端流速分布则比较均匀;在载体蜂窝内随着空速的增加气流状态由层流向紊流转变,因此不能简单地将其气流简化为不可压层流。

Abstract:Based on CFD method, this paper studies the flow distribution in honeycomb of automotive catalytic converter. At lower flow rate, gas flow separation occurs in diffusive section of catalytic converter, while the velocities at the inlet of honeycomb holes are relatively uniform. When flow rate increases, the flow state in honeycomb hole turns from laminar to turbulent, so it can not always be simplified as incompressible laminar flow. Based on CFD method, this paper studies the flow distribution in honeycomb of automotive catalytic converter.
