摘    要:针对CRH1型动车组配属福州动车段以来变流器模块故障频发的问题开展故障分析与对策研究.从变流器中间直流环节的控制原理入手,结合车载数据及故障发生时的环境数据进行分析,通过数据对比与实例验证判明故障真实原因,并提出变流器直流环节过电压故障的解决办法和预防措施.

Abstract:With respect to the frequent converter module failures after CRH1 high-speed trains allocated in Fuzhou EMU (Electrical Multiple Unit) maintenance depot, corresponding failure analysis and strategy study were performed. Based on the control principle of middle direct current (DC) section, combined with the running and failure data of EMU as the problem occurred, real failure cause was distinguished through data comparison and instance validation, failure treatment and preventive measure were also proposed.
