| 摘 要： | 以“先进、可靠、实用、可扩展”为目标,基于现有通信网络及设备,文中对海事巡逻艇通信系统配置方案进行研究。综合海巡艇船岸通信需求,结合北斗卫星导航、海事卫星通信、VSAT卫星通信、移动通信网络、计算机和互联网等技术,根据航行海区和实际用途,确定船艇通信系统配置方案,使海事巡逻艇装备与海事监管要求相适应,为海事通信系统建设提供技术支撑。
