| 摘 要： | 阐述了海上搜救的现状和存在问题,结合北斗卫星导航系统发展现状,将原本孤立的技术、成果综合起来,并引入北斗报文服务系统最新技术成果,形成综合化的海上搜救体系。该系统特有的持续信号传输和短报文信息服务功能,彻底的改变了“盲搜”的局面,实现了搜救双方位置“互见”和信息“互通”,为准确、及时、可靠地实现海上搜救提供了可能。
