In the past engineering practice,the property development on the top of the depot cannot be synchronized with the design of the depot,which leads to low intensity of the property development scale of the depot and the interference between the property development function and the function of the depot itself.In design of Shenzhen urban rail transit line 14 project Ange depot,the development needs of the topside property are considered simultaneously to realize the collaborative design of the depot ontology and the upper property development.By optimizing the process layout,the column network span of the joint maintenance depot and the engineering garage is reduced,the property development intensity of the topside of the depot is further improved,and the valuable land utilization rate is improved.In the design of the depot,the basic functional requirements such as the drainage of the upper cover and the comprehensive pipeline are considered simultaneously,which is conducive to improving the development quality of the upper cover property.
