摘 要: | 文章以一种心盘牵引转向架构架为例,根据新发布的行业标准TB/T3548-2019《机车车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范-总则》及T B/T3549.1-2019《机车车辆强度设计及试验鉴定规范转向架第1部分:转向架构架》,结合有限元分析软件,在超常、模拟运营与模拟特殊运营载荷工况下,针对该型转向架构架结构形式开展静强度及疲劳强度的分析与评估,结果表明该型构架静强度及疲劳强度均满足对应行业新标准要求。

Strength analysis of a center plate positioning traction bogie frame |

Abstract: | This paper studies a kind of center plate positioning traction bogie frame as an example,according to the newly issued industry standards TB/T 3548-2019 Code for Strength Design and Test Appraisal of Rolling Stock-General Principles and TB/T 3549.1-2019 Code for Strength Design and Test Appraisal of Rolling Stock-Bogie Part 1:Bogie Frame,combined with finite element analysis software under simulated operation and simulated special operation load conditions,the static strength and fatigue strength of this type of bogie frame are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the static strength and fatigue strength of this type of bogie frame meet the requirements of the corresponding new industry standards. |
