摘    要:针对18Cr2Ni4WA钢齿轮,研究了3种不同喷丸工艺,分别进行了喷丸层残余应力及其分布、喷丸层残余奥氏体含量及其分布、喷丸层组织结构及其分布、喷丸表面粗糙度、喷丸层显微硬度及其分布的测试与分析,获得了较优化的钢丸0.50Amm+陶瓷丸0.18Amm的喷丸工艺,为指导生产提供了技术数据。

Abstract:For 18Cr2Ni4WA steel gear,three kinds of shot peening technology were researched.The residual stress and distribution,the retained austenite content and distribution,the microstructure and distribution,the microhardness and distribution of shoting peening layer and the roughness of shot peening surface were analyzed and tested.The optimized shot peening technology of 0.05Amm steel shot and 0.18Amm ceramic shot was acquired,which provided the technical data for guiding the production.
