舰艇设计招标的评价方法研究

本文根据系统评价思想，建立了一种轻型水面舰艇设计招标的评标条目体系，提出了条目权重的确定方法，并根据不同类型的条目，建立了相应的单项评价的数学模型，最后按条目的相互关系采用相应的并和规则，提出了进行综合评价的数学模型和方法。

A Study on Evaluation Method for Inviting Tenders of Ship Design

Based on the concept of system evaluation,an evaluation indexes system,which is suitable for inviting tender of light surface warship design,is set up.A calculation method of weight coefficient is put forward.According to different types of indexes,corresponding mathematic models for indexes evaluation are set up.Finally,different integrating regulations are adopted according to their own correlations,and mathematic models and calculation methods for comprehensive evaluation are suggested.
