高频堆焊耐磨覆层正交试验研究

摘    要:对高频堆焊耐磨覆层材料主要化学成分进行了正交设计,对每种成分的高频覆层试样进行了耐磨性试验.对正交试验结果进行了极差和方差分析,两种分析方法得出的结论一致.得出的最优方案为A382C3D2:即C3.0%,Cr27%,Mo1.5%,ReSi1.0%,对最优方案的耐磨性进行了数值估计,通过验证试验表明:最优方案的相对耐磨性达到45钢的11.73倍,与理论分析一致。

Abstract:In this paper, the main chemical compositions of wear-resisting coating materials are designed by orthogonal method and their wear resistance are evaluated. The level difference and square difference analysis are applied to the orthogonal experimental results and conclusions of two methods are identical. The optimal scheme is A3B2C3D2, viz.C3.0%,Cr27%,Mo1.5%,ReSi1.0%. The wear resistance of the optimal scheme is estimated. Validation test shows that the wear resistance of the optimal scheme is 11.73 times of 45^# steel and accord with theoretical analysis.
