| 摘 要： | 引入灰色理论和回归预测模型，提出预测海运市场容量的方法，运用马尔科夫法预测未来公司的市场占有率，并运用敏感性分析搜寻盈利的关键因素。结合实例计算分析，证明该方法的衫性与有效性。

| Abstract: | Introducing gray theory and prediction model of regression, the predicting method for the capacity of marine shipping market is put forward. The Markov's method was used to predict the company's market occupation rate in future and the analysis of sensitivity was used to search for the key factors of profit. It is proved with examples of calculation and analysis that this method is effective for parctical use. |
