| 摘 要： | 当机场降落飞机发生拥挤时，如何让到达机场的飞机安全有序的降落是流量管理的重要研究课题之一。在已有研究成果的基础上，本文提出了一种综合排序算法，谊算法兼顾航空公司和管制两方面的利益来对降落飞机进行排序。通过仿真计算，其结果证明了所提算法的有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | Scheduling arrival aircrafts in the terminal area is one of main research problems in air traffic management. According to the acquiring research results, a scheduling algorithm giving attention to the control efficiency and airline profit were presented. The simulation results show the feasibility and practicability of the proposed algorithm. |
