SS7型电力机车牵引杆座可靠性分析与改进设计

摘    要:以SS7型电力机车运用环境、车体牵引杆座布置及具体结构为基础,从理论上分析了机车牵引杆座产生裂纹的原因,并对改进后机车牵引杆座进行了动强度测试验证。验证结果表明:机车车体牵引杆座在改进后能安全运行200万km。

Abstract:Based on the running environment, layout and structure of the traction link seat, reasons are analyzed theoretically for the breakage of the seat.Dynamic strength test is done to the improved traction link seat,and shows that the traction link seat after improvement could safely run for 2 000 000 km.
