摘    要:本文以基强度,时值、标准电量和强度-时间曲线的变化为指标,研究了不同月龄的Wistar大鼠坐骨神经、尾神经的兴奋性变化。结果表明:在成年前,外周神经的兴奋性随增龄逐渐升高,而在成年后则趋于降低。时值不能正确反映兴奋性的变化。

Abstract:The changes of rheobase(Rh), chronaxie(Chr), standard electrical quantity(a) and mtensity-duration curve(i. t. c) were studied for understanding the effect of aging on the excitability of sciatic and caudal nerves in Wistar rats of different age. The results show that before grown-up excitability of the peripheral nerves increases progressively with age, after that it tends to decrease. Chronaxie as an index can not reflect the change of excitability of the peripheral nerves correctly.
