摘    要:通过对1#PG6531B型燃气轮机减速箱齿轮断齿的失效分析,从齿面初始点蚀、破坏性点蚀和齿面剥落等3种主要疲劳损坏的特征、发生部位及破损危害程度等方面进行了分析研究,通过有限元简要分析了齿轮接触疲劳破损机理,影响因素及其产生原因,并对有关的齿轮破坏提出了相应的预防措施。

Abstract:By analyzing the examples of drive gear tooth-breakage of the gear pair of retard turnk in PG6531B calcine air turbine-No.1,the characteristics,positions and damage of the initial pitting,destructive pitting and surface spalling of the gear surface are analyzed,while,by finite element method-modeling,the failure mechanism,influencial factors and the reasons for the occurrence of the fatigue of gears in cantact are discussed briefly,and some appropriate preventive measures are suggested for the related gear surface failures.
