中小型山地城市轨道交通制式比选研究

摘    要:作为城市轨道交通建设中需要解决的首要问题,制式比选是项目建设初期的重点。文章以四川省攀枝花市为例,从审批政策风险、技术可靠性、环境适应性、建设及运营成本、预留未来发展空间等角度,对中小型山地城市轨道交通制式进行比选研究。从运量、自然条件角度考虑,有轨电车、悬挂式单轨、跨座式单轨3种制式均可供选择,但受审批政策的影响,现阶段有轨电车仍是确保建设顺利推进的唯一选择。随着审批政策的进一步明确,小型化的跨座式单轨及悬挂式单轨将充分发挥其在适应特殊自然环境方面的优势,为中小型山地城市建设城市轨道交通提供全新的制式解决方案。

Abstract:As the first issue to be addressed in the construction of urban rail transit,the choice of system is the key point in the early stage of the project construction.Taking Panzhihua Sichuan as an example,this paper studies the rail transit system of small and medium-sized mountainous cities from the perspectives of project approval policy risk,technical reliability,environmental adaptability,construction and operation costs,and future development space.Considering from the perspective of traffic volume and natural conditions,tram,suspended monorail and straddle monorail are available for selection.However,influenced by the transit project approval policy,tram is still the only choice to ensure the smooth progress of construction at this stage.With a further clear approval policy,small straddle monorail and suspension monorail will give a full play to their advantages in adapting to the special natural environment,and provide a new system solution for the construction of urban rail transit in small and medium-sized mountainous cities.
