| 摘 要： | 用不同浓度的丁烯酸内酯（BUT）作用于体外培养的免关节软骨细胞，动态观察BUT对软骨细胞生长代谢和超微结构的影响。结果显示BUT影响软骨细胞DNA合成和分裂增殖，同时也影响到细胞的结构和代谢功能，但没有明显的剂量效应关系。

| Abstract: | The experiment by culturing rabbitarticular chondrocytes in the media containing different contents of butenolide (BUT) was conductedto observe the effects of BUT on the growth,metabolism and ultrastructure of the chondrocytesin different culture times. The results showed thatthe BUT could restrain the DNA synthesis and cellular growth of chondrocytes, as well as affect theultrastructure and the glucuronate metabolism ofthe chondrocytes; but significant correlation between those chondrocytic changes and the BUTdosage was not found. The effect mechanism ofBUT and the relationship between BUT and KashinBeck disease need further investigation. |
