摘    要:利用偏心刀杆设计制遣倒角专用刀具,解决了壳体类零件在普通台钻上倒孔内角时,因操作困难而出现辅助时间过长并易产生废品的问题,使生产效率和产品质量得到大幅度提高。

Abstract:The problem is Commonly seen that is When in-hole chamfering shell-type parts on a general-purpose bench drill, rejects are easily generated because of the longer-cutting-time resulting from difficult operation. The solution for the problem is to design and manufacture special chamfering tools by using the eccentric cutter arbor, which greatly improve the production efficiency and product quality.
