摘    要:将垃圾土应用于公路路基填筑是实现垃圾土大规模资源化利用的有效途径。本文首先对实际垃圾土进行筛分处理,制得适用于公路路基的垃圾筛余土(简称垃圾土);进而,通过室内试验研究了直接压实垃圾土和固化垃圾土的抗剪强度、CBR值等力学特性;以此为基础,修筑直接压实垃圾土路基试验段,并采用适宜的新型施工工艺修筑固化垃圾土路基试验段,监测路基的工后沉降随时间的变化规律,对比两种垃圾土路基的应用效果。结果表明:固化垃圾土与直接压实垃圾土相比,粘聚力提高1.6~1.9倍,内摩擦角提高30%以上,CBR值提高4.5~5.1倍;固化垃圾土路基的工后沉降比直接压实垃圾土路基降低64.7%,且能够更早地趋于稳定。以上结果证明:本文提出的固化垃圾土路基施工工艺和垃圾土资源化利用途径是可行的。

Abstract:The application of garbage soil to highway subgrade is an effective way to realize the large-scale utilization of garbage soil.In this paper,the garbage soil was firstly sifted and treated to make the garbage sieve soil(named as garbage soil for short) for highway subgrade.Then,the mechanical characteristics of the shear strength and CBR value of the compacted garbage soil and the stabilized garbage soil were studied through laboratory tests.On this basis,the field test section of the compacted garbage soil subgrade and stabilized garbage soil subgrade was constructed by suitable new construction technology to monitor the change rule of subgrade settlement with time,and the application effect of two kinds of refuse soil subgrade was compared.The results show that compared with direct compaction,the cohesive force of solidified soil is increased by 1.6~1.9 times,the angle of internal friction is increased by more than 30%,and the CBR value is increased by 4.5~5.1 times.The post-construction settlement of stabilized garbage soil subgrade is 64.7% lower than that of compacted garbage soil subgrade,and can also be stable earlier.The above results prove that the construction technology of stabilized garbage soil subgrade and the way of recycling used garage soil in this paper are feasible.
