摘    要:盾构法施工时盾构机的姿态控制是确保盾构法隧道成型质量的关键。盾构机在均一地层地质中掘进时盾构掘进控制较为容易,但在上软下硬的复合地层中掘进时容易出现刀具偏磨、地面沉降不易控制、盾构姿态纠偏困难等问题。本文依托盾构机在典型的上软下硬复合地层中遇到姿态出现向下纠偏困难的情况为背景,通过对地层地质、盾体姿态、盾构掘进参数及隧道管片成型姿态等数据进行综合分析,采取多种纠偏措施以及质量控制措施,使得盾构机姿态得以顺利完成纠偏且隧道质量得到良好控制的效果。此案例可为类似地下工程施工提供借鉴经验。

Abstract:The attitude control of shield machine is the key to ensure the forming quality of shield tunnel.It is easy to control the shield tunneling when the shield machine is tunneling in the homogeneous stratum,but some problems are easy to be caused,such as eccentric wear of cutting tools,surface subsidence out of control and difficult rectification of shield attitude when tunneling in the soft and hard composite stratum.In this paper,based on the background of difficult downward rectification of shield machine attitude in typical upper soft and lower hard composite stratum,through comprehensive analysis of stratum geology,shield body attitude,shield tunneling parameters and tunnel segment forming attitude,a variety of rectification measures and quality control measures are adopted,so that the shield machine attitude can be successfully corrected and the tunnel quality can be obtained the good control effect.This case can also provide reference for similar underground engineering construction.
