| 摘 要： | 通过分析高速公路工程建设项目管理的需求，基于C／S和B／S混合模式，提出设计工程管理信息系统各功能模块的方案．同时分析VPN技术并利用VPN技术构造系统网络平台的方法，对高速公路工程建设项目管理具有重要的现实意义。
