| Abstract: | This paper has discussed the main factors-operational efficiency-which effects the operational costs of construction machineries .By taking a practical example,the dynamic analysis method has been used to analyse some problems about the purchasing and leasing of equipments,the selection of types of equip- ments and the selection of the special equip- ments and extra equipments in the investment decision.The evaluation of economical efficien- cy of investment and the selection of optimum plan have been discussed too. |
