| 摘 要： | 本文针对实际施工中稳定土拌和机需要传动系统具有自动功率调节特性和过载安全保护特性的问题,提出了液压传动系统自动功率调节特性与发动机转速相关和过载安全保护特性与转子液压系统工作压力相关的设计理论,并结合稳定土拌和机作业工况进行了自动功率调节特性的分析和计算,完成了稳定土拌和机液压传动系统的设计.该系统在国产 WB-230型轮胎式稳定土拌和机上得到成功应用,收到良好的效果.

| Abstract: | From the view point of stabilizer needing automatic power adjusting and overload pro- tection,the paper presents a design theory of hydrostatic transmission system which makes the characteristics of automatic power adjusting related to engine speed and the characteristics of overload protection related to the system pressure of roller hydrostatic system.It also an- alyses and calculates the characteristics of automatic power adjusting and has finished a new design which is used successfully in model WB230 wheel stabilizer |
