| Abstract: | In this paper a quantitative model to evaluate the effectiveness for infomaation operations is established by means of the measurement method on information and based on the equipments of the naval vessels fleet. The effect of the information counterwork on the effectiveness is analyzed. This model is useful to the simulation and evaluation for the naval information operations. |
