重载快速区段固定型提速道岔转辙部位直股钢轨侧磨的研究

摘    要:铁道部第五次大提速已于 2 0 0 4年 4月 18日正式实施 ,蚌埠分局管内津浦线重载快速区段的最高通过速度由原来的 12 0~ 14 0km/h提高到 160km/h。而在 2 0 0 3年大面积提速改造中 ,并未对原有固定型提速道岔进行改造。随着线路的再次提速 ,因固定型提速道岔转辙部位直股钢轨侧磨而多次引发机车摇晃。为此 ,对侧磨的产生原因、预防和整治对策作一些探讨

Abstract:The fifth speed increase of China railway started on April 18, 2004. The max. through speed of the heavy haul rapid section of JinPu line was increased from 120~ 140 km/h to160 km/h. However, the existing fixed type speed increase turnouts were not upgraded in 2003 speed increase. With the speed increase this year, locomotive wobbling occurred frequently due to side abrasion of straight rails at switch point. Discussions were made of the causes for side abrasion and preventative measures.
