北方地区农村公路路面养护评价标准及养护决策模型研究

通过对北方地区农村公路路面病害的现状调查及病因分析，结合对北方地区沈阳、营口、抚顺、朝阳4个城市农村公路的实地调研和对省内各主要城市的农村公路养护办公室的问卷调查，在理论分析和专家意见的基础上，确定适合北方地区农村公路养护的评价标准及养护决策模型。

The Research of Northern Rural Highway Bituminous Pavement Maintenance Evaluation Standard and Maintenance Decision Model

The paper analyses the condition and the cause of the rural highway bituminous pavement diseases of northern area.Joining together the practical investigation of the rural highway in Shenyang Yingkou Fushun Chaoyang and the questionnaire investigation of the rural highway maintenance department in other main cities of northern area,on basic of the theories analysis and the expert's opinion,the paper establish the northern area rural highway maintenance evaluation standard and the maintenance decision model.
