锌电积车间的工艺管道设计

摘    要:锌电积车间是湿法炼锌工厂的重要组成部分,其工艺管道的设计极具代表性.从锌电积工艺流程入手,介绍了锌电积车间工艺介质的特点,提出了该车间工艺管道的设计原则,强调了在锌电积车间工艺管道设计过程中应特别注意解决的问题:防腐、防堵、管道清理、金属管绝缘等.根据工艺介质特点,并结合工艺管道设计原则,详细分析了电解槽供液管道、电解槽溢流管道、电解液循环管道、阳极泥清理管道等几种锌电积车间主要工艺管道的设计方法和要点.

Abstract:A zinc electro-winning workshop is an important component of the hydrometallurgy zinc factories.Its technological process in pipeline design is highly representative.Starting from the flow sheet of zinc electro-winning,this paper analyses the characteristics of the process fluids and the design principles.Moreover,it emphasizes that the designers should pay special attention to solving several problems,such as anti-corrosion,anti-clogging,pipeline cleaning and metal pipeline insulating.According to the characteristics of the process fluids,in combination with the design principles,it also analyzes in detail the designs and key points of main technological pipelines:cell discharge pipes,cell overflow pipes,electrolyte circulation pipes,anode sludge cleaning pipes,etc.
