摘    要:传统的水下钢筋混凝土结构物维修工艺复杂,施工难度大,而采用灌注环氧水下粘结剂的方法可以方便地对面积较小的混凝土缺陷进行快速有效地修复,环氧水下粘结剂密度大、黏稠度高,其施工尚无专用设备和工艺。本文结合实际工程介绍了环氧水下粘结剂的水下灌注施工工艺,为类似海港工程混凝土结构物水下维修提供参考。

Abstract:The traditional technique of repairing damaged reinforced concrete structures underwater is complex and difficult,but grouting with underwater epoxy adhesive can repair the damaged reinforced structures with small defects conveniently.There is no specialized equipment and technique for the construction due to it’s high density and viscosity.In this article,the construction technique and application of underwater grouting with epoxy underwater adhesive are introduced,to serve as a reference for the underwater repair of sea port concrete structures.
