摘    要:介绍水下观光潜艇观察舷窗用有机玻璃的改性方法,球面成型技术,消除内应力有效方法,以及生产制造工艺和设备。产品满足了水下观光潜艇应用要求,投入使用效果良好,通过了国际权威船检部门的认可。

Abstract:The production techniques and equipment of portholes made by acrylic glass for sightseeing submarine were introduced including modification of acrylic glass,molding of spherical surface for acrylic glass,technique of eliminating internal stress for porthole products,and technological skill for all productive process for manufactory.The products of acrylic glass porthole were satisfactory both for designer and for user of sightseeing submarine and obtained by authority approval from special vessel inspection...
