| 摘 要： | 在经济发达、客流量大的主要城市之间开行区域城际轨道交通并采用公交化经营模式已成为铁路短途客运发展的主流趋势.应用管理学中的态势(SWOT)分析法,对城际轨道交通公交化运营的内、外影响因素进行分析.在此基础上,以浙江省发展城际轨道交通为例,结合层次分析法对影响因素进行量化,为相关管理层的战略决策提供科学、直观的依据.

| Abstract: | Public transport operation mode adopted in rail transit between big Chinese cities,which are featured by flourishing economy and great volume of passenger flow,has become a current trend.In this paper,SWOT analysis of management science is applied to analyze the inner and external factors affecting the inter-city rail transit.By taking Zhejiang Province as an example,all the factors are quantified combined with AHP,which can provide scientific and intuitional evidences to the related management class and help them to make appropriate strategic polices. |
