摘 要: | <正> 自从Kurien等在1966年报告急性心肌梗塞后血清中游离脂肪酸明显升高,心律失常发生率增加以来,引起许多学者广泛的注意和争论。解决本课题不但对心肌梗塞的发展和梗塞后合并症的发生具有较大的理论意义,而且对防治心肌梗塞及其合并症也有现实意义。国外曾用硒制剂治疗冠心病。国内迄今未见报导。我国克山病(地方性心肌病)地区的土壤、

Effect of Diet in the Keshan Disease Areas on Metabolism of Free-Fatty-Acid in the Myocardium of Piglets |

Abstract: | The content of free-fatty-acids (FFA) of the serum and myocardium, andoxidation linolic acids in myocardium of piglets given deficient and supple-ment selenium food to were determined. The average FFA content of serumand myocardium in the dificient selenium group was 304. 15 ± 38. 00, 149. 92 ± 6. 29μg/100mg myocardium (mean ± S. E) respectively, and in the supplementselenium group, it was 147. 70 ± 19. 08 and 93. 38 ± 13. 75μg/100mg myocardium.The difference between both the groups was significant (P<0. 005). Onoxidation of linolic acid of myocardium, the absorbed oxygen value in thedeficient Se group was 156. 68 ± 18. 78μl/40mg myocardium/40 min, in the sup-plement Se group was 220. 80 ± 7. 83μl/40mg myocardium/40min. The differencebetween both the groups was significant (P<0. 01 ). Experimental results suggest that seleninm could decrease FFA level inthe serum and myocardium and increase oxidation to supply energy so thatit could protect myocardium. |
