| 摘 要： | 船舶接岸电缆绞车是一种新型甲板机械，其作用是方便接岸电缆的使用和储存，提高电缆使用的安全性。本文根据其使用要求和使用环境，确定了大电流免维护电刷一滑环机构的材料和使用功效，同时应用疏水法解决密封滚筒内凝露秋水问题，保证电器绝缘要求。本文设计及研制的新型船舶接岸电缆绞车，在实船使用中，得到用户的认词。

| Abstract: | Ship to shore cable winch is a new type of deck machinery. It can be used to make the use and storage of cable easier and to improve the using security of cable. According to the requirements and using conditions, the ring material of maintenance-flee brush-slip is selected. For the electric＇ insulation requirements, hydrophobic way is used to solve the problem of condenation water in the sealing rotary drum. The new type of the cable winch which is introduced in this paper is approved by the practice. |
