串接增速器的机械式同步机构在大型起重船上的应用

机械式同步机构属传统的机构，由于结构简单、工作可靠和环境适应性强，因此被广泛地应用于各类机械设备、工程船舶中。但是当两个旋转装置轴线为平行布置．且在低速大扭矩工况下，采用常规的带转向齿轮箱的机械式同步机构虽然从原埋上分析可行，但往往受到工艺上许多限制。本文介绍一种新颖的“串接增速器的机械式同步机构”，并成功应用于“四航奋进”号2600t起重船的多主钩起升机构中，较好解决了主钩同步问题。
