摘    要:机械式同步机构属传统的机构,由于结构简单、工作可靠和环境适应性强,因此被广泛地应用于各类机械设备、工程船舶中。但是当两个旋转装置轴线为平行布置.且在低速大扭矩工况下,采用常规的带转向齿轮箱的机械式同步机构虽然从原埋上分析可行,但往往受到工艺上许多限制。本文介绍一种新颖的“串接增速器的机械式同步机构”,并成功应用于“四航奋进”号2600t起重船的多主钩起升机构中,较好解决了主钩同步问题。

Abstract:The mechanieal synchronous mechanism is a traditional device. Because of its simple structure, reliable operation and wide adaptability, # is widely used in all kinds of mechanical equipments and engineering ships. Although normal mechanical synchronous mechanism with steering gear box is feasible in theory, two rotating deviees are often restricted on technical when arranged in parallel axis with low speed md high torque. This paper presents a new Ope of accelerator mechanical snehronous mechanism, whieh is sueces lidly appfied in SH1 HANG FEN JIN 2600t crane ship.for solving the nchronization problem of the main hoisting meehanism.
