| 摘 要： | 用粒状金属锌粉、铬酸和有机还原剂等材料制备了锌铬膜涂层,研究了锌铬膜涂层的成分、结构及有关性能.结果表明,实验中制备的锌铬膜涂层是由Zn·ZnO·Cr2O3·CrO3)组成,该涂层具有良好的耐蚀性,涂层涂覆的质量受涂液成分变化的影响.

| Abstract: | The superfine zinc powder, chromate, organic reducer etc had been used in fabricating Zn-Cr coating. The composition and structure, some properties of Zn-Cr coating were studied. Results show that the composition of the prepared coating in this experiment is composed of Zn, Cr2O3 and CrO3, and the prepared coating has good corrosion resistance, however, the paint coating quality is affected by the composition of coating bath. |
