摘    要:目的 探讨芝麻素对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢紊乱的作用.方法 选择SD大鼠,喂饲高脂饲料,建立高脂血症大鼠模型.然后对高脂模型大鼠进行芝麻素干预7周后,检测各组大鼠的血脂、抗氧化酶和过氧化产物水平,观察肝脏组织的形态学变化.结果 芝麻素可以降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol, TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride, TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol, LDL-C)及载脂蛋白B(apolipoprotein B, apoB)的水平,适当升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C)和载脂蛋白A(apolipoprotein A, apoA)的含量(P<0.05);可以降低高脂血症大鼠血清自由基代谢产物丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)的含量,同时提高超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase, GSH-Px)的活力,提高机体抑制羟自由基的能力(P<0.05);芝麻素高、中、低剂量组对高脂血症大鼠肝脏的脂肪变性有不同程度的缓解作用.结论 芝麻素可以调节高脂血症大鼠的脂代谢,缓解机体的氧化应激,改善高脂血症大鼠肝脏的脂肪变性.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of sesamin on lipid metabolism disorders in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods The hyperlipidemia SD rat models were established with high-fat diet.These rats had been interfered by sesamin for seven weeks,and then had their levels of serum lipids,antioxidant enzymes and peroxidation products determined.The morphological changes in their livers were observed.Results Sesamin could reduce the hyperlipidemia rats' serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol ...
