虚拟样机环境下摩托车减振技术的研究

摘    要:通过构建摩托车虚拟样机环境,对引发摩托车振动的主要因素进行系统分析,采取减小发动机惯性激振力、优化车架动态特性、增加发动机与车架的柔性连接等措施,实现摩托车系统动态性能匹配,可有效降低摩托车的振动。

Abstract:Under the environment of virtual prototype motorcycle, the main factors causing motorcycle vibration are analyzed systematically. Some measures such as reducing engine existing force of inertia, optimizing dynamic performance of frame, increasing flexible connection between engine an frame are taken for the purpose of establishing the matching of dynamic performance of the motorcycle system and reducing the vibration of motorcycle.
