摘    要:本文在总结生产实践经验的基础上,针对可调螺距螺旋桨单片桨叶静不平衡试验方法,逐一对两点支撑法、三点支撑法、力矩法所采用的装置和具体操作规程、注意事项进行了详细叙述,同时对这些装置和试验方法的特点、适宜性以及对实际静不平衡试验测量结果的评判、出现不平衡量超标后所采取的控制和处置手段进行了分析、论述,为从事调距桨桨叶的工艺设计、生产操作、静不平衡试验、检验的工作人员提供了有益的借鉴和参考.

Abstract:According to the method of blade static imbalance test for the controllable pitch propeller, and based on the summing-up of manufacture practice, this paper goes into particulars the adoptive equipment, the material operate rules and the proceeding should be noticed in the production which relate to the two dotes support technique, the three dotes support technique and the moment technique. At the same time, this paper analysis and discuss the characteristic and in order character of these equipments and the test method, along with the resultant judge of the fact static imbalance test measure which deal with the three states are put forward above paragraphs, and the control treatment in case the static counterbalance exceeds standard. It provides the helpful reference to the personnel who pursues the technics design, the manufacture operation, the static imbalance test and the proof-test for the controllable pitch propeller blade.
